Where have all of the good TV shows gone? I know that things typically slow down during the summer with the nice weather outside, but having been on crutches recently there isn’t much I can do. Though I must note that my ankle is getting better by the day. I am back on my own feet, though things are still a bit tender, so no activities yet. Back to TV though, we’ve been forced to watch crappy shows like Farmer Wants a Wife and re-runs of shows from our DVR backlog. I’m not sure how much longer I can take it before I swear off TV completely.

All you need is the Bachelorette and So You Think You Can Dance. Ok – and maybe Flipping Out on Bravo. And, guess what – Big Brother starts in a couple of weeks! Wow, that’s a lot of reality shows…

I don’t think you’ll ever catch me watching the Bachelorette. We never tried So You Think You Can Dance, maybe we’ll give it a shot. And we never watched Big Brother either. Is that something we can just start at the beginning of the season or does it rely on past seasons?

Big Brother is a show you can watch each season. It doesn’t rely on previous seasons. Do you really watch Farmer takes a wife? Marky’s friend Andrew Ackerman’s little sister Christa is one of the final two.

Cool, perhaps we’ll give Big Brother a shot then.

And unfortunately I have been watching most of the Farmer show. I knew that there was a Cincinnatian on the show, but totally forgot which one it was. Funny that she is still on the show. Think she’ll marry that farm boy?

I Can’t see Christa on a farm, but you never know, she is also a flirt, but she is very nice. The enquirer this weekend said they cut out all of her stuff about being from Cincy.

Do you remember Andrew? Mark’s friend

Mark & Monica will be their for pigfest this year.

Can’t wait to see you guys
